1++ Constructive learning
Our life journey is a learning curve modelled by our surroundings, people who come across our path, life scenarios and challenges encountered, personal and group issues resolved, difficulties faced, joyful and sad events, and help received and given.
Today i know that yesterday was a high coordinate on my learning curve and that i shud make the most out of it. How to learn from it? By constructively analysing the situation n taking in advice from others.
People do not like being told what to do
People do not like being told how to do stuffs
People do not have time or do not want to read long docs or listen to long explanations
People do not like change
After analysis of the feedback received i need to:
Summarise oral n written communication.
Provide examples of what is required to be produced or changed

1st signs of independence? Trystan pipi aroser story
Trystan's now 2 yrs and 2months. Recently started his potty training and uses small disposable containers as potty ... Trystan's scared of the real potty.
Trystan knows how to sit on the toilet to tata but not to pipi ...
Trystan wud read a book while doing tata ... He'd also asked for the sprayer when he's done :)
Story of trystan pipi aroser
Trystan: "pipi la moc pipi la moc"
Mommy: "Do it on ur own trystan, pick up the la moc and do pipi on your own."
Trystan went to his la moc, picked up the container that popo prepared as trystan's la moc, trystan put the container to his tiao tiao, lifted his tshirt up and pipi in his la moc.
While he was doing pipi, trystan moved slightly to the right ...
Koung koung: dont move trystan
Trystan stopped moving and twisted a bit to the left to move back to his original position.
Trystan finished pipi
Trystan: arroser now
Trystan headed to the door. He stopped at the door to change his shoes from his shoes endan to shoes dehors.
Popo opened the door for trystan.trystan stepped outside and headed to the flower pots. With his left hand he picked up the water bottle and was trying to pour some water into the pipi container to dilute his pipi before watering the plants with his diluted pipi. Learned by observation ...
Popo helped trystan to dilute the pipi and water the plants.
A proud grown up trystan watered the plants then came back inside ... Satisfied :p

Work @ nihs & family time @ home
Since we started this new academic yr, me not been bringin any work home ... Ok maybe some work but minimum ... Anyways less than last yr for sure!
Me wud instead stay @ work till quite late, average earliest wud leave school'd b around 4. Wud generally leave school @ 4:30. But there r times been n wud stay till 6pm ... Till the support staff kick me out!
Also been taking yoga lessons @ work :)
All this is now possible as me not have to rush to pick up trystan @ fairy glenn day care play house.
And when it comes to saturdays then its mommy n son time. Trystan n i wud stay home together until everyone else come back home from work ... It is quality time spent with me boy! Not do any work on saturday ... Maybe i'd do some work when trystan wud have his 1hour to maybe even 3 hours nap time! But wud try to not do any work when trystan's awake.
Sundays n bank holz will force meself to do household rasks rather than nihs work ...
Lets hope this system will work! For me on a family life basis as well as for me professionally
